Executive Order 12339 -- President's Commission on Housing

By the authority vested in me as President of the United States of America and in accordance with
the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. App. I), in order to increase the
membership of the President's Commission on Housing by eight members Section 1(a) of
Executive Order No. 12310 of June 16, 1981, is hereby amended to read as follows:
``Section 1. Establishment. (a) There is established the President's Commission on Housing. The
Commission shall be composed of not more than thirty (30) members from private life and from
State and local governments who shall be appointed by the President.''.
