By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws of the United States of
America, including the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. App. I), it is
hereby ordered that Section 4(b) of Executive Order No. 12435, establishing the President's
Commission on Organized Crime, is amended to provide as follows:
``(b) The Commission shall terminate on April 1, 1986, or thirty days after it submits its final
report, whichever occurs first.''
