Reporting Budget Deferrals

the Congress of the

accordance with the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report 21 new
deferrals of budget authority totaling $1,835,613,015.
The
deferrals affect accounts in Funds Appropriated to the President, the
Departments of Agriculture, Defense-Military, Defense-Civil, Energy, Health and
Human Services, Justice, State, Transportation, and Treasury, the Commission on
the Ukraine Famine, the Office of the Federal Inspector for the Alaska Gas
Pipeline, and the Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation.
The
details of these deferrals are contained in the attached report.
