Reporting Budget Deferrals
To
the Congress of the
In
accordance with the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, including Section 1014, I
herewith report seven new deferrals of budget authority totaling $5,017,441,000
and four revised deferrals of budget authority now totaling $5,131,425,194.
The
deferrals affect accounts in Funds Appropriated to the President, and the
Departments of Defense-Military, Health and Human Services, and Transportation.
The
details of these deferrals are contained in the attached report.
