Reporting Budget Deferrals

the Congress of the

accordance with the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report 13
deferrals of budget authority totaling $1,776,737,627.
The
deferrals affect programs in the Funds Appropriated to the President and the
Departments of Agriculture, Defense (Military and Civil), Health and Human
Services, State, Transportation, and Treasury.
The
details of these deferrals are contained in the attached report.
