Transmitting a Report on Federal Employee Travel Expenses

accordance with section 515(b) of the Supplemental Appropriations Act of 1987,
P.L. 100 - 71, I herewith transmit a report specifying my determination of the
uniform percentage necessary to reduce outlays for travel, transportation, and
subsistence by $18 million government-wide in Fiscal Year 1987. Federal
agencies have been instructed to make the required reductions.
