Delegation of Authority With Respect to the Administration of Justice Program
By
the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws of the
United States, including the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and
section 301 of Title 3 of the United States Code, it is hereby ordered that
Executive Order No. 12163, as amended, is further amended by inserting at the
end of the first sentence of subsection 6 of Section 1 - 201, the following
phrase:
``,
and all functions conferred by Section 534 of the Act.''
