Reporting Budget Deferrals

accordance with the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report two
revised deferrals of budget authority now totalling
$610,581,549.
The
deferrals affect programs in the Department of Defense -- Civil and Funds
Appropriated to the President.
The
details of these deferrals are contained in the attached report.
