Reporting Budget Deferrals
To
the Congress of the
In
accordance with the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report 10
deferrals of budget authority now totalling
$2,024,171,278.
The
deferrals affect programs in Funds Appropriated to the President, and the
Departments of Agriculture, Defense, Energy, Health and Human Services, Justice,
State, and Transportation.
The
details of these deferrals are contained in the attached report.
