Reporting Budget Deferrals
To
the Congress of the
In
accordance with the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report four new
deferrals of budget authority totaling $4,635,275,000 and three revised
deferrals of budget authority now totaling $3,725,586,833.
The
deferrals affect programs in Funds Appropriated to the President, and the
Departments of State and Transportation.
The
details of these deferrals are contained in the attached report.
