the U.S. Naval Academy for a term expiring
Since
1987 Mr. Culvahouse has been Counsel to the President
at the White House. Prior to this he was a partner with the law firm of Vinson
& Elkins, and the law firm of O'Melveny & Meyers. He was the general
counsel, Baker for President, 1979 - 1980, and chief legislative assistant and
counsel to Senator Howard H. Baker, Jr., 1973 - 1976.

member of the National Council on Vocational Education for a term expiring

1987 Mr. Hobbs has been an Assistant to the President and Director of Policy
Development at the White House. Prior to this he was Deputy Assistant to the
President and Director of Policy Development at the White House, 1984 - 1987.
