Amending Executive Order No. 12658, President's Commission on Catastrophic
Nuclear Accidents
By
virtue of the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws
of the United States of America, including Public Law 100 - 408, and in order
to increase the membership of the President's Commission on Catastrophic
Nuclear Accidents to eleven members, it is hereby ordered that the number
``nine,'' which is found in the second sentence of section 1 of Executive Order
No. 12658, is deleted, and the number ``eleven'' is substituted in lieu
thereof.
