DE MOSS,
Office
of Public Liaison – Research Assistant, Deputy Associate Director
Charlotte DeMoss began work within the White House Office of Public
Liaison February 1986 as a Research Assistant to Carl Anderson. She was promoted to Deputy Associate Director
in July 1987, and left the Office of Public Liaison in November 1987.
There is more of her work
product within the Carl Anderson collection and collections of staff members
from the Carl Anderson “group.”
DeMoss’s files were sent to the White House Office of Record’s
Management where they were marked as “Office of Policy Development” files. We
have found no evidence within the Library that Ms. DeMoss
ever worked in the Policy Development office and her records were reflective of
Public Liaison work. The Library corrected this error at the time of arrangement
of her collection.
