LEVINE, RICHARD: Files, 1981-1988

 

Richard Levine was born in Brooklyn, New York in1959.  He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980.  He was a campaign worker for the Reagan-Bush campaign and a he served on the staff of the Office of the President- Elect.  In 1981, he was hired as a staff researcher in the NSC Defense Policy Directorate.  By 1984, Levine was the Deputy Director of the NSC International Affairs Directorate and by 1987 he served as the Director of the NSC Office of Policy Development.
