Edward
Preston began work with the Office of Cabinet Affairs in June 1982 and remained
until June 1985. His collection material
indicates he spent the majority of his time and efforts on orientation and
training of Presidential appointees, particularly at the management level. He
appears to have been heavily involved with the Kennedy School of Government
seminars.
